The Royal Netherlands Navy has reinforced its ties with India. Last week, Vice Admiral René Tas, Commander of the Navy, paid a working visit to HNLMS Evertsen in Mumbai. He took the opportunity to meet the commander of the Indian navy. During the meeting, he expressed the need for good collaboration and information exchange in the region.

Dutch tank crew still top of the table

Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States; a Dutch tank crew, deployed to the enhanced Forward Presence in Lithuania, left them all behind at the Iron Spear international shooting competition in Latvia. The Netherlands won gold in the Main Battle Tank category, where tanks had to fire at strategic and moving targets in a challenging tactical scenario.

Military Rehabilitation Centre treats Ukrainian military personnel

Over the coming period, the Military Rehabilitation Centre will be treating 3 Ukrainian military personnel. In their own country, they cannot get the specialist care that is available at the MRC in Doorn. The service members involved have complex conditions and polytrauma.
