First ‘Ukraine’ tanks purchased by the Netherlands and Denmark ready for use
The first 2 of 14 Leopard 2 A4 tanks bound for Ukraine have been overhauled by the German manufacturer Rheinmetall.
The Netherlands and Denmark ordered the armoured vehicles last year. The battle tanks will now first be sent to Poland in order to train Ukrainian tank crews in how to use them.
