The Dutch contribution to fighting the forest fires in Greece

The Greek government asked the European Union for assistance in fighting the forest fires. From 26 August 2007, a Dutch detachment spent 2 weeks contributing to the firefighting efforts with 3 Cougar transport helicopters.
