The General Government Terms and Conditions for IT Contracts (ARBIT) consist of these General Provisions and Special Provisions. These General Provisions relate to all IT Contracts involving the Contracting Authority. The Special Provisions relate to specific types of IT Contract involving the Contracting Authority.
