How to invoice the Netherlands Ministry of Defence

The Ministry of Defence uses electronic invoicing. This page contains information about e-invoicing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices must be issued in accordance with the legal regulations on e-invoicing.

Invoicing requirements

Please refer to your agreement for the specific requirements that apply to your e-invoice. Please refer to the Defence Invoicing Requirements document for general requirements and addresses. Please comply with these requirements when preparing and submitting invoices. This is important for the correct and timely handling of invoices.

Information about e-invoicing the central government

The e-invoicing helpdesk website provides information on the various e-invoicing methods, on reporting incidents in e-invoice chains, and answers all other e-invoicing queries directed to the central government.
